Orders are processed safely through PayPal.com. You may use any major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). A PayPal account is NOT required to purchase.
If your shipping address is wrong in PayPal, please email us as soon as possible with the correct address. It's not a problem for us to update the shipping address on the order - but we do often ship orders the same day as they're received, so please notify us asap!
How do you ship?
Orders under $50.00 ship via USPS First Class mail. Orders over $50.00 generally ship Priority Mail.
How fast do you ship?
Order received Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 24 hours*. USPS delivery speed varies, but figure 3-4 days to most U.S. addresses.
*Please note: If you pay with a PayPal eCheck, we must wait for the eCheck to clear before shipping your order. eChecks clear 3-4 days after your order is placed. Your order will ship once we receive notification from PayPal that the check has cleared.
How much is International Shipping?
We currently ship to Canada and Europe using USPS International Mail. Delivery is generally 1-2 weeks. Tracking is not available once the parcel leaves the United States. You must select the appropriate shipping option (price) for your order. If you accidentally choose the wrong shipping option we can send you a PayPal invoice for the balance due. International orders usually ship within 48 hours.
Wondering about an out of stock item?
Most items are not out of stock for more than a couple of days. If you're curious about exactly when we'll get more stock feel free to email us.
If you are looking to outfit a team of runners, we can help! We can set aside, or order in, the quantity you will need. We also offer discounts on orders of 8 or more items. Just give us a shout ahead of time.
Are your knee socks compression socks?
No, they are typical knee socks. That said, they make a pretty good running sock. Our knee socks are slightly thinner, then thick. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being super thin, and 10 being a monster wool sock) we'd describe then as a 4.
Our knee socks have great elasticity and fit a variety of feet very well. They don't bunch or have odd folds or seams.
What about your crew length socks?
Our crew length socks are more of a traditional 'running sock'. They feature a cool airflow mesh on the top of the foot for good ventilation. A double stitched heel & toe ads strength and durability.
How big are the stickers?
Our 13.1, 26.2 and 70.3 bumper stickers are 5x3 inch ovals. Not too big, not too small - just right. They fit great on your bumper or rear window.
Will these stickers make me run faster?
Ahh, probably not, but you can always hope!. We think showing pride in your accomplishment as a runner is a great thing, and it will keep you motivated.
Are the stickers sticky?
You bet! They're a quality vinyl bumper sticker that is not meant to be removed, or repositioned.
