Wearing
We recommend pulling the band completely over your head so it rests on your neck like a your necklace with the elastic at the back of your head. Pull the band up towards your hairline and tuck the sides behind your ears. Adjust the band to a place where it fits snuggly; some people find it works best close to their foreheads, others can wear it further back.
Care
Hand wash, drip dry. NEVER put your Sweaty Bands in the dryer.
